World’s largest travel services company Carlson Wagonlit Travel has bought full share capital of Kaleva Travel by the acquisition published on 7th February 2011.
In Finland, Kaleva Travel has been the undisputed market leader for several years, and Carlson Wagonlit Travel’s strategic partner in all five European countries in which Kaleva Travel is present. Becoming a fully owned company is a natural next step for Kaleva Travel’s strategic partnership with CWT.
