It works as an information channel during the trip and it utilizes SMS technology. It can push information to the traveler about the next phases of the trip (flight information, reservation numbers, time schedules, hotel information such as addresses, contact information etc.) or it can also contain key words, which can be pulled by the traveler. These key words can be general for example consulate, or customer specific, such as the address of the office in each location.
