Amerikkalaisten lentoyhtiöiden perimät matkatavaramaksut maan sisäisillä lennoilla

Useimmat amerikkalaiset lentoyhtiöt ovat alkaneet periä lisämaksua ruumassa kuljetettavista matkatavaroista maan sisäisillä lennoilla ja lennoilla USA:sta Kanadaan ja USA:lle kuuluviin Karibian kohteisiin. Maksuista vapautetaan täyden lentohinnan maksaneita matkustajia, tietyn korttitason haltijoita, tiettyjä kansainvälisiä reitityksiä jne, mutta pääsääntöisesti voidaan sanoa, että jos on USA:n sisäinen erikoishinta omalla lipulla, niin todennäköisimmin maksu peritään.

15$ ensimmäisestä, 25$ toisesta, 100$ kolmannesta, neljännestä ja viidennestä ja 200$ seuraavista ruumassa kuljetettavista kappaleista. Maksusta vapautetaan täyden lentohinnan maksaneet matkustajat, tietyn korttitason matkustajat, tietyt kansainväliset reititykset jne. Pääsääntöisesti voi tiivistää, että jos on pelkkä USA:n sisäinen AA-erikoishinta omalla lipullansa, niin todennäköisimmin maksu peritään.

Passengers who have paid the full air fare are exempted from the fees as well as holders of certain level cards and those travelling on certain international routings, etc. As a rule, it can be summarized that if a traveller has paid only a US domestic special AA special rate on a separate ticket, in that case, it is most probable that this fee is collected.
